Great, well-trained staff and good selection. I have seen items for sale here that I hadn't seen at the Lincolnwood Walgreens a few minutes away. Mostly things behind the counter or in the "impulse buy" row. I suppose that's also vice-versa.

On this particular visit, I had an odd return request. Late last night I had purchased a bottle of 5-HTP and two boxes of another product because it was buy one get one free. I didn't pay close attention to specifics because I had instantly decided to buy based on: "buy one get one free".

I get home and I realize the 2 for 1 thing was a similar product made by the same company, and in similar enough packaging, but it wasn't the specific product I wanted.

And, the bottle of 5-HTP had been previously opened and was missing 19 of the expected 30 capsules.

I returned to the store tonight with my receipt. I knew returning the 2 for 1 item was no big deal, but I wasn't really sure about the bottle of 5-HTP. I'd never been in a position to return an opened supplement because it hadn't ever happened to me. I walked in, explained what had happened and was taken care of instantly and politely.

I'm a night owl, by the way. And this 24/7 location has pulled through for me just now, and on many nights prior.
