I've recently purchased Yamaha CLP-665GP from Grand Piano Haus, Fritz and Jeff were both participants in the sale. I new exactly what I wanted before coming there hence for me, negotiating the price was most relevant. After shopping around and learning about the piano market, I was pleasantly surprised at how forward the owners were about their marketing pricing strategy, I loved it. The price we agreed upon was truly highly competitive, I was pleased. Mr. Fritz is the sweetest gentleman from an "old" country who well remembers and exemplifies how things should be done in sales, just loved him. Jeff is easy going, helpful and followed up when he said he would, I appreciated it. I would recommend Grand Piano Haus as a place on your stop to purchase your instrument. Thank you.

I don't understand why some people are not satisfied with Fritz and Jeff. I have bought a Yamaha GC1 from them recently and I am very happy with my purchase. I have done some homework before and I know they gave customers very good price. Jeff asked me to test play the piano and did the necessary adjustment according to my requirements, even though they have already received my payment in full. The piano has been delivered in a very professional way and Jeff handled the delivery in person on the scheduled days. Good price, good service, and polite manner, what else a customer can expect? By the way, they are not like car salesperson at all. They are the owners and they do not push customers to buy expensive pianos.
