Horrible staff here. No wonder they have a sign up saying they need new management. They DO.
First time here, found a COUPLE items that were on the sale rack.. brought one up and it ran full price.. was rudely told it wasn't on sale. Pointed out where it was and she said it must have been a mistake. So I go to pick something else out on that rack and again, am told it isn't on sale. Very rudely with a shrug. So I just left. Second and last time I've ever and will ever go, am standing in (lack there-of) the line, and there were 2 register open. Was standing in the middle before I realized I wasn't actually in the line. Moved over to the right line/register, and the employee just gets off register and walks away. The only one left ringing pulls a lady that walked up about 5 minutes after me not even in the line and ignores me and my sister. They call another girl up to ring and she doesn't greet me, smile, or anything. Clearly hates her job. Not an experience i will ever subject myself to again.. I'll just go to Abercrombie.
