Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my life. They do not answer the phone or return voice mails no matter what you do. One of their clients rear ended me, and even though their client admitted fault, they are denying the claim and refusing to pay out. I drove to their office and all their employees did was threaten me and repeat that they were denying the claim. Antonio Hernandez (the adjuster) will not return a single call no matter what you do. When asked why they haven't returned a single call in 2 months, their answer was "Oh we're too busy" They literally lied to me and told me that the police report on file for this claim is inadmissible in court, and that they blindly believe whatever their policyholder tells them. I can't get to work because of this company. They refuse to communicate or show me and documentation whatsoever. This company does not have one single good review online. How they are still in business is beyond me.
